We may anonymize information so it can no longer be associated with you; we may retain and use anonymized data indefinitely.

Authorized agents (California): If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.

Appeals: If we deny your request, reply to our decision email with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will review and respond within 45 days where required by law.
10) State Privacy Disclosures (U.S.)
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia residents have rights described in Section 9. Additional California disclosures:
- Categories of personal information collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (e.g., name, email, IP address), customer records (e.g., billing/shipping addresses), commercial information (e.g., purchase history), internet/usage data (e.g., device and browsing activity), and inferences (e.g., product interests). We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation or biometric data.
- Sources: directly from you, automatically from your device, and from service providers/partners.
- Purposes: as listed in Section 4.
- Disclosures for business purposes: we disclose all categories above to service providers for the purposes in Section 4.
- Sale/Sharing: we do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” identifiers, commercial information, and internet/usage data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described in Section 9. We honor GPC signals.
- Sensitive personal information: we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law.
Nevada: We do not sell personal information as defined under Nevada law, but you may still submit a sale opt-out request via email.
11) International Users
If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries (including the U.S.) that may have different data protection laws than your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
EEA/UK/Swiss users: Our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract (processing orders, customer service), legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, analytics, and marketing where not consent-based), compliance with legal obligations, and consent (for cookies/marketing where required). We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13) Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14) Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may include links to third-party websites and services. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
15) Changes to This Policy
