Not Appropriate Humor was created in 2018 during a time when it felt like people were being told to stay quiet, filter themselves, and fall in line. What started as frustration turned into something more—a way to say what people were already thinking, but weren’t always allowed to say out loud.

But this brand isn’t just about humor. It’s about believing in yourself. It’s about supporting truth, supporting teachers, supporting education, mentorship, and the kind of growth that doesn’t keep people boxed in.

We believe life is hard. Things come at you that you don’t always like, don’t always agree with, and don’t always feel fair. That’s real. But we’re not here to fold under it. We’re the kind of people who get back up, learn from it, and keep moving forward—no excuses, no playing small.
